Terms of Use

By using PawHome you agree to these terms.

What PawHome is

PawHome is a platform that connects pet owners with Pet Families. PawHome does not provide pet care itself, and Pet Families are independent, not employees of PawHome.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and do not impersonate anyone. Pet Families must provide genuine verification documents.

Bookings and payments

Booking requests are agreements between the pet owner and the Pet Family. PawHome does not currently process payments; the price and how it is paid are agreed directly between the two of you.

Responsible use

Treat pets and people with care and respect. Do not post false, misleading or offensive content, and do not misuse reviews or messages.

Approval and removal

We review Pet Family listings and may decline or remove any listing or account that breaks these terms or puts users or animals at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. Continuing to use PawHome means you accept the updated terms.
