Delete Your Account

To delete your Diya's Pet Home account:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. This permanently removes:

• Your profile and login details
• Your pet-family listing, if you have one
• All bookings, chat messages, and reviews tied to your account
• Your saved push-notification device token

This cannot be undone, and there is no retention period — deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you can't access the app, email support at the address on the Help & Support page and we'll delete your account manually within a few days.
