This page explains what information PawHome collects and how we use it. If anything is unclear, contact us using the email at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, and your email address or phone number (or your Google account details if you sign in with Google).
• Location: your device location when you allow it, or an address you enter, so we can show pet families near you and show a Pet Family's location to pet owners.
• Pet and listing information: pets you add, and for Pet Families, the price, pets accepted, description and photos of your home.
• Verification documents: Pet Families upload their Aadhaar number and images so we can verify them. These are used only for verification.
• Messages and bookings: chats, booking requests and reviews you send through the app.
• Device information: a notification token so we can send you push notifications about messages, bookings and approvals.

How we use it

To run the service: showing listings, handling booking requests, enabling chat, sending notifications, and keeping the platform safe.

What is never shown to others

Your Aadhaar number and document images are never shown to other users. Your email address and phone number are not shown on public listings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers (for example, Google for sign-in and Firebase for push notifications) only to operate the app.

Your choices

You can update or remove your listing, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us.
